Senior Customer Data Science - Solutions / Experimentation London, United Kingdom; Paris, France As a Customer Data Scientist at Datadog, you will partner directly with customers to help them design, execute, and scale high-impact experimentation programs. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in applied experimentation who thrives in customer-facing environments and is motivated by driving measurable business outcomes. You will guide customers through experiment design, metric development, and data validation, helping them build trustworthy, decision-driven experimentation practices. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering, you'll play a key role in both customer success and product evolution. What You'll Do: Serve as a technical and analytical partner to customers across pre-sales and post-sales engagements, demonstrating the value of Datadog's experimentation capabilities Support proofs of concept by helping customers define metrics, validate data pipelines, and design statistically sound experiments Educate customers on best practices in experiment design and interpretation across product, marketing, pricing, and AI-driven use cases Enable long-term customer success by building strong experimentation practices and analytical rigor within their teams Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap input Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to navigate complex customer needs, address objections, and build trusted relationships Who You
