Our rapidly expanding global Ads team is building an innovative advertising offering that enables our clients to reach engaged audiences and our members to find must-watch series and films at a lower price. Within our Ads business, the Market Activation team's goal is to ensure our commercial teams are exceptionally prepared and positioned to succeed by setting the standard for go-to-market readiness and launch execution for both Content and Ad solutions. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Market Activation LATAM to act as the primary GTM co-pilot for Regional Ads Leaders, bridging global strategy with regional nuance to turn local expertise into a global competitive advantage. This position is intended to be based in São Paulo or Mexico City. Key Responsibilities Regional Planning & Commercial Execution Lead regional go-to-market and commercial activation for Product & Content (including Live and Custom Sponsorships), in close partnership with Regional Commercial teams. Serve as the single point of contact for the Regional Ads Leader, streamlining all aspects of local market activation support (Ads Product, Content/Live, internal launches, sales enablement, etc.).
