ROLE The N-Tech Software Engineering team plays a vital role in developing internal solutions to streamline employee productivity. Our goal is to make employees' daily activities frictionless and nurture their overall experience, subsequently saving Netflix time and money. ABOUT YOU You are an individual who thrives on independence, has a passion for creating high-quality products, and can form close work partnerships with engineers, product managers, and designers. You are adept at problem-solving, enjoy a challenge, and have experience building scalable, high-performing applications. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and, most importantly, you have experience as a full-stack developer designing workforce solutions that increase collaboration and efficiency of our enterprise applications. In this role, you'll help shape our strategy and vision to develop a streamlined support and user experience for the Netflix Workforce. You'll be a part of the team chartered with elevating the collaboration and user experience of our workforce by providing customized solutions for Enterprise applications and services. You'll design, develop, and maintain products, infrastructure, and integrations with third-party and other teams' services. You will collaborate effectively with myriad teams
