Position Overview: As a Client Partner for Netflix Ads in the Andean region (Col and Peru), you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with the top 50 advertisers of the region (KA)and the main media agencies. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, creating tailored advertising solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can work in close collaboration with XFNs teams to achieve regional sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the ANDEAN market to maximize revenue potential from key accounts and top agencies. Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue from existing and potential key accounts. Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Negotiate agency deals and clients NPPs Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the Andean region. Understand their business needs and objectives to offer tailored advertising solutions. Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with XFNs teams to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to the market. Share insights and best practices to enhance team performance.
