This is a highly visible role, reporting to the APAC Director of Compensation & Employee Programs, and will be instrumental in defining and executing a scalable, data-driven, and governance-led benefits strategy across the region. This role ensures alignment with global philosophy while adapting to local regulatory, market, and workforce realities across diverse APAC markets. The position balances strategic design, operational excellence, risk governance, and analytics-driven insights to support sustainable workforce outcomes and disciplined cost management.
