About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Partnerships Manager to lead strategic ad tech and data partnerships in South Korea. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing relationships within the digital advertising ecosystem , particularly with demand-side platforms (DSPs), data providers, measurement partners, and verification vendors . This role requires deep knowledge of the South Korea digital media landscape, including the nuances of local platforms, privacy frameworks, and market maturity , as well as strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You will partner closely with global and regional teams to scale Netflix's advertising business by driving innovation, operational efficiency, and trusted measurement in-market. Key Responsibilities 1. Partnership Strategy & Management Identify, negotiate, and manage partnership opportunities with key ad tech players across South Korea, including DSPs (The Trade Desk, Google DV360, Yahoo DSP, Amazon, Xandr), measurement providers (Nielsen, Kantar etc) and regional data & clean room partners (LiveRamp, Snowflake, Infosum etc).
