The Opportunity With Netflix's continuous growth and expansion across Southeast Asia, we are seeking an experienced, strong Administrative Assistant to jointly support executive leaders based in Singapore across our Southeast Asia (SEA) Content and Content Programming Strategy & Operations (CPS&O) teams. CPS&O is responsible for the analytical efforts and strategic thinking behind the content programming strategy, working across content buying and original content decisions. The successful candidate will navigate a fast-paced environment, interacting with internal teams and external partners across multiple Southeast Asian countries and time zones. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple, diverse responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail. Someone who is curious, demonstrates significant initiative, and inherently exercises good judgment will be most successful both in the role and at Netflix. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Calendar Management: Proactively manage complex calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling meetings internally and externally across Southeast Asia, and resolving scheduling conflicts across multiple time zones, multiple weeks to months in advance.
