Staff Product Manager, Core Apps US Remote | Remote At NetBox Labs, our mission is to make it easier to build and manage complex networks. As a product company, we do that by developing innovative software for network professionals delivered on-premises and in the cloud. We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join our Core product team, embedded alongside senior product and engineering stakeholders. You will own the open source community presence, data model evolution, Custom Objects, and Asset Lifecycle and critically, you will drive how NetBox ships as a commercial product, not just as an open source release. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will serve as the connective tissue between Core Engineering, Customer Success, and the downstream product teams building on top of NetBox Core. This role requires someone who can operate at the intersection of open source community stewardship and commercial product delivery, bridging a team with deep OSS roots toward the end-to-end ownership model our customers and business depend on. It is a role for someone with strong technical depth, sharp instincts for cross-functional influence, and the disposition to drive cultural and process change in an engineering organization. What You'll Do - Own how NetBox Core ships into commercial products partnering with NBC, NBE, and CS teams to ensure releases are planned, communicated, and delivered in ways that treat internal teams as first-class customers - Own the NetBox open source community presence including GitHub issue triage, contributor engagement, release communication, and managing the expectations
