Team Leader LD and STD Kabirwala Factory Country Pakistan Position Snapshot Location: Kabirwala Factory, Pakistan Job Type: Full-time, Onsite Position Summary To ensure effective management of factory operations with a focus on people development, compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and maintaining high-quality manufacturing processes. The role is responsible for coaching employees, enforcing standard operating procedures, ensuring smooth factory operations, and coordinating timely product launches in line with business objectives. A Day in the Life… Ensure timely deployment of the People Development Plan and assure team competencies through proper training, equipment use, safety procedures, and hygiene standards. Enforce strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) by all personnel within the shift. Coach employees to fulfill and exceed job requirements using the NCE approach. Maintain clean and orderly working areas and installations, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Monitor and enforce personnel hygiene and safety practices, including protective clothing, shoe change, and hand washing. Ensure continuous line control and take immediate corrective actions to maintain prescribed quality and compliance with manufacturing instructions. Manage effective employee and industrial relations to ensure smooth factory operations. Coordinate with the business unit to ensure timely launch of new products to the market.
