Sustainability Manager Country Thailand POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Head Office, Bangkok Company: Nestlé Department: Corporate Communications Full-time Minimum 5+ years of experience in implementing sustainability initiatives and project management A DAY IN THE LIFE… Lead and implement sustainability initiatives aligned with Nestlé's commitments e.g., climate action, packaging sustainability Manage projects end‑to‑end, including planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting. Build strong partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, academia, and industry bodies. Provide sustainability insights and performance data to support decision‑making and reporting. Collaborate with Brand, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain and Corporate Affairs to drive progress toward Net Zero and strengthen the company's sustainability reputation. ARE YOU A FIT? Strong analytical and data management skills Proven project management experience with cross‑functional coordination Effective stakeholder engagement skills, ideally with exposure to government or industry organizations Understanding of the food and beverage sector, especially in production, logistics, or supply chain Knowledge of ESG standards or sustainability reporting is an advantage Strong communication skills in Thai and English
