This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. POSITION SUMMARY: The Raw Material Supervisor is responsible for the quality oversight of incoming raw materials, packaging, and fresh produce. The position requires close collaboration with local and corporate purchasing, corporate quality, scheduling, operations, and laboratory teams to enable timely, risk‑based quality decisions that support uninterrupted production. The Raw Material Supervisor is a key contributor to raw material HACCP risk assessments and supports supplier risk evaluations, including limited participation in external audits for new raw material suppliers. Success in this role requires strong technical judgment, a high sense of urgency in material release decisions, and the ability to operate effectively with minimal backup in a fast‑paced, 24/7 production environment.
