Acting as a true strategic partner to the Innovation Leadership, you design and lead a new Innovation & Renovation Portfolio Business Excellence pillar at global level. Your primary mission is to secure performance, prioritization, and value creation of innovations, in support of business growth. You establish a robust, forward-looking, and results-driven performance management framework, ensuring excellence in governance, on-time project delivery, scope adherence, and optimal resource allocation. Working closely with clusters, markets, and IPB, you monitor I&R portfolio performance, provide visibility on strategic alignment, identify gaps, and drive concrete action plans to maximize the impact of the global innovation pipeline.
