Factory Maintenance Manager - Nestlé S.Sisto Country Italy Position Snapshot Nestlé, San Sisto Factory (PG) - European Hub of the Confectionery division Permanent contract Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities Preferably, a degree in industrial engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical) or related technical fields Preferably, proficient knowledge of Italian and English Position Summary You will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of factory operations at the minimum level of unplanned stoppages by managing internal and external resources. A day in the life of a Factory Maintenance Manager Create and implement the appropriate maintenance strategy for the factory assets: production lines, facilities, industrial services Supervise a team of 53 maintenance workers (mechanical and electrical engineers, industrial service engineers, technical storekeepers) Ensure compliance with safety procedures Provide support to production operators React to emergencies such as major breakdowns or utility disruptions Coordinate external workers during major interventions Develop the maintenance budget, monitor and control maintenance expenditures Control technical store working capital and service levels Enforce the implementation of TPM methodology Coach the technical team on breakdown analysis and enforce the culture of failure root cause elimination Provide support during the installation of new assets What will make you successful? -Skills and Qualifications required: Preferably, a degree in industrial engineering (mechanical, electric
