Job Summary The Electro Mechanical Technician is a multi-skilled technical professional responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production and processing equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on proactive and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability, minimize unplanned downtime, and support overall plant performance across safety, quality, cost, and service objectives. The EMT plays a critical role in sustaining operational excellence while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Compensation The hourly compensation for this role is $36.94
