You will work across technical configurations, integrations, troubleshooting, and localization needs to help ensure reliable and compliant operations. You will serve as a key Dynamics contact for multiple markets-supporting incident management, coordinating changes, validating vendor deliverables, and aligning capabilities across regions. In addition, you will contribute to defining the platform roadmap, identifying risks and dependencies, and supporting the harmonization of technical and functional processes across markets.
