A day in the life of... • Ensure that all Accounting Operations (AO), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) activities in scope for Nestlé Business Services (NBS) are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Drives towards excellence in Accounting Operations (AO), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) by ensuring best practices are implemented and business/internal controls are in place. Propose change initiatives to ensure the efficiency of the operations • Ensure reconciliations and Period End Close (PEC) steps are performed accurately and on time, identification and follow-up of open items in all assigned balance sheet accounts is in place • Ensure Magnitude Schedules in-scope are prepared on-time, accurately and according to the latest NAS and NIBS.
