Role Purpose We're looking for an exceptional Business Recruiter to support hiring across our G&A and broader business functions at Neko Health. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to identify, attract, and close the kind of operators and business partners who build strong foundations, drive operational excellence, and enable scalable growth. You'll work closely with senior business leaders to hire across Marketing, Communications, People, Finance, Legal, Design, Operations. Your focus will be on quality and strategic alignment, bringing in talent from high-growth companies, top-performing corporate environments, and mission-driven organizations. We're post-Series B and moving quickly, and this area of hiring is about precision, partnership, and strong advisory capabilities.
