Role Purpose As a Lead Software Engineer in Product Engineering, you will be responsible for designing and building high-polish, fail-safe user experiences across our member-facing applications and clinical workflows. This role blends deep system design, product thinking, and AI-native engineering excellence. You will lead by example in an environment where engineers invest in understanding the "why" before deciding the "how," own outcomes end-to-end, and look for the architectural change or automation that makes things 10x better rather than incrementally improved. You will work across Product, Data Science, and Hardware teams in a vertically integrated organisation where your decisions directly influence member trust, clinic reliability, and Neko's ability to scale.
