About this role
Lead IT Engineer - Corporate Engineering New York, United States Mission Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives. Role Purpose This is a senior, autonomous role for someone who takes full ownership of our internal environment and isn't waiting to be told what to fix. You'll own our IT infrastructure end-to-end, covering identity and access management, device management, productivity tooling, and our endpoint fleet across macOS and Windows. You'll build automations that reduce workload, maintain hardware across clinic and manufacturing environments, and make decisions independently at pace. We currently run a Microsoft-heavy environment (Azure, Intune, M365), but if you've managed equivalent stacks using other platforms and can ramp quickly, that works for us. The right person for this role uses AI every day, not as a novelty but as a core part of how they work. Whether that's Power Automate, Copilot, Claude Code, or other agentic tooling, these should already be part of your toolkit. What You'll Deliver in the First 6-12 Months - Take full ownership of our
