About this role
Area Director, New York New York, United States Mission Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives. Role Purpose As the Area Director for New York, you will be accountable for bringing Neko Health's operating model, culture, and member‑first standards to life across a growing portfolio of clinics in New York City. This role sits at the intersection of leadership, execution, and local adaptation - ensuring that global ways of working translate into consistently high‑quality experiences on the ground, while continuing to mature and evolve as we scale. Neko Health is entering the US market with a clear operating philosophy, emerging global processes, clinical standards, and service principles already in place. While these are still being built and refined, the role is firmly focused on adoption rather than reinvention - shaping how these ways of working show up locally, strengthening them through practical execution, and enabling teams to operate with increasing confidence, consistency, and care. Reporting to the Country Leader, US, you will own regional performance end‑to‑end - from pre‑opening
