What You'll Deliver in the First 6-12 Months • Own and evolve Neko's physical design standards across EMEA - ensuring consistency and excellence across all clinic and space touchpoints • Lead concept development and design direction for new location rollouts, raising the bar for spatial experience across the organisation • Translate Neko's brand and experience principles into clear, compelling physical environments - from test fits and layouts through to final delivery • Partner with Project Managers, consultants, and contractors to deliver cohesive, high-impact spaces on time and to specification • Build and contribute to Neko's Location Design Playbook, creating scalable standards that support rapid international expansion Minimum Requirements • 8+ years of experience in architecture, design management, or a related role within the construction industry. • Strong creative design skills with high attention to detail. • Demonstrated experience managing cross-disciplinary design teams and external consultants across complex projects. • Broad knowledge of building codes,
