Sr Area Product Marketing Manager, Oncology US Remote Sr Area Product Marketing Manager, Oncology About the Role: Join Natera as a Sr. Area Product Marketing Manager to play a critical role in driving awareness and adoption of our cutting-edge molecular residual disease (MRD) test Signatera® for oncology healthcare providers. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our suite of oncology products, including Altera™, and Empower™, that are transforming cancer care and advancing precision medicine. Reporting to the Director of Oncology Marketing, you will oversee marketing efforts in a designated region to engage providers in peer-to-peer discussions about the use of MRD in oncology practice and in regional cancer centers. Primary Responsibilities - Analyze and Report Insights: Gather data to build reports and own metrics. Ability to translate data into action plans. - Collaborate Across Teams and with KOLs: Partner with Medical Affairs and Sales teams to develop and execute peer-to-peer programs in your area adapted from national marketing campaigns. - Customize Education: Identify the most effective channels to reach medical oncologists and surgeons and adapt national campaign messages. Qualifications - Education: - Bachelor's degree in a related field required (B.A. or B.S.); advanced degree (MBA, M.S.) preferred. - Experience: - Minimum of 5 years in oncology product marketing, oncology sales, oncology medical affairs, or strategic consulting. - Demonstrated analytical rigor and ability to translate data into marketing action. - Experience in oncology diagnostics is required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - High integrity and strong interpersonal skills
