Data Analytics Manager - Financial Empowerment Barcelona We are seeking an experienced and strategic Analytics Manager to lead the Financial Empowerment domain (Investments, Savings, and Lending) one of our cross-functional areas shaping the development of one of the world's leading FinTech products. About the opportunity As an Analytics Manager, you will own the analytics strategy and execution for our Product & Business Segments within the respective domain. You are responsible for ensuring data is at the core of decision-making, fostering a strong data culture, and enabling teams to deliver measurable business impact. You will work in a cross-functional setup, leading a team of ~4 data analysts while partnering closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior business stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role , where you are expected to split your time between: - ~50% individual contribution , focusing on the most complex and high-impact analytical problems - ~50% team leadership and management , ensuring your team delivers high-quality work and continues to grow In this role, you will: Help us set the right goals: Define and align domain-level KPIs and OKRs, ensuring teams are focused on the highest-impact opportunities. Establish frameworks that connect product initiatives to measurable business outcomes. Inform product roadmap: Drive the analytics roadmap for your domain, proactively identifying strategic opportunities, risks, and trends. Ensure insights consistently shape product and business strategy across multiple teams.
