Turbotec produces a diverse range of high-performance heat exchangers for virtually any space conditioning or refrigeration application for the geothermal, water heating, solar, heat recovery, and heat pump markets. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will assist in many areas of the plant and production. About the Role Support plant operations and production efficiency Work across manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering functions Hands-on role with leadership responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead maintenance and manufacturing technician teams Support production and troubleshoot shop floor issues Drive process improvements & cost reduction projects Develop new manufacturing methods, tooling, and materials Assist with prototype development for new/modified products Ensure quality and efficiency across product lines Provide technical support for heat exchangers & tubing systems Qualifications Associate's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering (or related) OR equivalent experience (1-3+ years) Experience in: Manufacturing processes & fabrication Tooling and process improvement Industrial maintenance or engineering support Knowledge of HVAC / heat exchanger systems (preferred) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Work Environment On-site manufacturing setting Exposure to machinery, noise, and industrial conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed Additional Info No certifications required No relocation
