About this role
Solutions Engineer Lead Remote - US | Remote At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices-without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we've grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team now supporting 700+ practices nationwide. Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey. About the Role We're looking for a Solutions Engineer Lead to own and elevate Moxie's migrations function-the operational spine that determines how quickly and confidently every new provider gets to value on our platform. You'll also be stepping into a true builder's opportunity: the playbook is still being written, the team is growing, and there's genuine room to shape how this function scales. Our migrations team sits at the intersection of Ops, Engineering, Product, Practice Success, and Sales-and this role is the connective tissue that holds it all together. This role is open to candidates anywhere in the U.S., though we have a strong preference for those based in or willing to work Eastern or Central time zones. What You'll Do - Own the migrations function end-to-end: Lead high-complexity enterprise migrations as the primary client contact, driving strong CSAT outcomes while managing a team across 30+ EMR systems-including Boulevard, Jane, Zenoti, Vagaro, and Aesthetic Record. - Build the systems that make scale possible: Design and ship repeatable processes-standardized data mapping guides, QA checklists, kickoff call frameworks, and edge-case libraries-that reduce rework, lower average time-to-migration, and let the team grow
