The Role: We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Account Manager to join our commercial team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in retaining and growing our existing client base by building strong relationships with them (and internal partners), understanding their business needs and facilitating contract renewals and upsell opportunities. This is the first team of its kind at Morning Consult, so you'll work closely with our Director of Account Management to ensure efficient renewal pipeline management, accurate forecasting, risk mitigation and overall success of your territory.
