A day in the life: As the Formula Governance Manager, you will oversee all regulatory and brand specifications for raw materials and formulas, partnering with Regulatory and Quality Assurance (QA) to define requirements for new projects within the formula-development pipeline and ensure that specifications are developed and maintained in SAP- Product Lifecycle Management (SAP-PLM) to ensure accurate, consistent, and efficient issuance. Serve as the subject-matter expert for all formula-specification workflows in tools such as SAP- PLM, Smartsheets and act as a key project-management liaison to the Program Management team, enabling strong cross-functional alignment and execution. Responsible for ensuring all ready to drink research and development (R&D) formulas adhere to the country of production and country of sale regulations and commercial restrictions as specified in the formula specification document initially provided to the flavor house.
