About the role: As a Motion Designer, you will craft high-quality animations, micro-interactions, and motion graphics that bring our digital experiences to life. Your work will improve usability, reinforce our brand identity, and create seamless interactions across web and mobile platforms. Through motion and storytelling, you will transform complex financial concepts into intuitive, engaging experiences that build trust and connection with users. Collaborating with product designers, engineers, and marketers, you will define motion principles, contribute to our design system, and prototype animations that drive product innovation. Your role will be instrumental in making financial interactions feel smooth, emotionally engaging, and deeply human. What you'll do - Design and prototype motion interactions for web and mobile, creating seamless, engaging, and intuitive experiences. - Collaborate with product designers, developers, illustrators, and marketing teams to integrate motion across product features, onboarding flows, and brand campaigns. - Define and maintain motion principles and guidelines within the design system for consistency and scalability. - Create high-fidelity animations using After Effects, Principle, Figma, or Framer, ensuring polished execution. - Partner with engineers to ensure smooth handoff, technical feasibility, and optimal implementation. -
