The team partners closely with stakeholders across Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Security, Compliance, and Engineering to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable Salesforce solutions. Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Salesforce Engineer to drive the architecture, design, and evolution of critical Salesforce and CRM solutions across our business systems landscape. This role combines deep technical leadership, hands-on solution design, cross-functional stakeholder partnership, people management, and a modern engineering mindset that embraces AI-powered development responsibly to improve productivity, quality, and long-term platform health.
