You will collaborate closely with stakeholders at every level of the organization, including executive leadership and cross-functional teams across multiple business units, to ensure that all MongoDB features are seamlessly woven into one of the best builder experiences in technology as we move fully into the age of AI. Your leadership in this role will be instrumental in not just maintaining, but increasing and intensifying builders' love of MongoDB. This role follows a hybrid working model in our Dublin office. What You'll Do - Lead and develop a high-performing product team.
