Senior Manager, Martech Transformation Dublin MongoDB's Marketing Technology team is looking for a Senior Manager, Martech Transformation to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of our Adobe technology ecosystem. This is a senior individual contributor role with program management ownership, focused on driving the adoption, configuration, and integration of Adobe solutions across MongoDB's marketing organization. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise with Adobe enterprise products, a strong product mindset, and the ability to operate as a strategic partner to marketing, IT, and analytics teams. You'll serve as the internal subject matter expert on Adobe, owning the roadmap for implementation, governance, and continuous improvement across the suite. Main Responsibilities - Lead the implementation, configuration, and rollout of Adobe suite products across Marketing, including parts of AEM, Marketo Engage, Workfront, CJA, RTCDP, etc. - Act as the primary program manager for Adobe initiatives: defining project scope, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and delivery milestones - Partner with Campaign Operations, Architects, Platform owners, IT, and Engineering to integrate Adobe products into the broader MarTech ecosystem - Translate marketing requirements into scalable technical configurations and workflows across Adobe products - Establish governance frameworks, documentation standards, and change management processes for the Adobe practice - Evaluate and recommend new Adobe capabilities and integrations that align with MongoDB's marketing strategy - Serve as the internal expert and go-to consultant on Adobe products.
