JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Facilities Lead to own the full lifecycle of facilities operations, maintenance, and safety compliance for a ~65,000 sq. ft. site consisting of offices, engineering labs, and an ISO-8 (Class 100K) cleanroom environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for directly executing maintenance and sustaining activities while also building scalable systems, and vendor networks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-reliability environment and is equally comfortable troubleshooting HVAC and Electrical systems, managing contractors, and leading safety audits.
