Safely operate heatset machinery to meet and exceed quality, production, and efficiency goals. Function as a primary source of finish application in yarn conversion resulting in resistance to wear, dimensional stability and its design meeting the specifications of the product. Major Function and Scope: Using brief narrative statements, describe each major function of responsibility explaining the scope of the function as appropriate. Threads and repairs breakouts to maintain efficiency and meet production standards Proactively identifies yarn quality during production runs Selects and stages tubes for winder operation Doffs off finished yarn packages as required Maintains daily production records Run both creeling and winding side when needed Uses black light to check there are no mixes Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision Follow all established stan
