Primary Objective: Responsible for material movement and machinery operations needed to safely produce quality products. Major Function and Scope: Responsible for quality inspections and testing throughout shift, with attention to identifying quality and manufacturing defects. Gains understanding of correct parameters specific to Department processes to minimize defect opportunities and increase production output. Trains to perform necessary adjustments to production line, via feedback from automated systems monitoring, manual testing, and product specifications. Adheres to Company and Department standards regarding documentation, set up procedures, production procedures, and quality guidelines. Abides by documentation standards and catalogues adherence to production procedures, including shift reports and varying checklists.
