Strategic Client Solutions New York, United States The Opportunity ModernFi is seeking an individual for the role of Strategic Client Solutions to serve as a critical subject matter expert (SME) on our market, product, and operational capabilities throughout the entire client journey. In this essential role, you will work alongside Account Executives during the pre-sale process and collaborate with Regional Directors post-sale to ensure clients realize maximum value from our platform. As the technical knowledge cornerstone of our deal teams, you will drive client success by providing expert guidance, solving complex challenges, and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients understand, implement, and optimize ModernFi's platform for their specific needs. This position offers the opportunity to directly drive revenue, ensure continued client success, influence product development, and shape ModernFi's strategic direction during a period of rapid growth.
