Forward Deployed Engineer New York, United States The Opportunity ModernFi is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the technical onboarding of financial institutions onto our platform throughout each client's implementation journey. In this essential role, you will sit on the Engineering team and work across functions to ensure every institution experiences a seamless and reliable path to going live. As the technical cornerstone of each client implementation, you will drive client success by setting up infrastructure, configuring integrations, communicating directly with partners, and building the tooling that makes the process better for everyone involved. Your work will be instrumental in helping banks and credit unions integrate, configure, and adopt ModernFi for their specific needs, translating requirements between technical and non-technical stakeholders along the way. This role offers the opportunity to lead the projects that unlock revenue, drive client success, inform how we build the product, and shape how ModernFi scales onboarding during a period of rapid growth. The Role Responsibilities - Lead technical onboarding of new institutions to the ModernFi platform - from account setup to configuration, testing, and go-live - Manage infrastructure setup for clients, including provisioning SFTP servers and keypairs with Pulumi - Collaborate with bank IT teams to configure SSO in Auth0 based on their identity providers - Coordinate
