What you will do Admin & HR compliance - Overseeing daily HR operations concerning employee inquiries to ensure prompt and effective responses. - Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. - Lead HR project with external vendors to deliver the best services to our Employees. - Ensure legal compliance and mitigate the Company's risk by having a basic understanding of relevant employment laws (specifically France, UK, Germany, Spain). - Maintain employee handbooks.
