We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Accounting Systems & Transformation to serve as the systems architect for our finance and accounting technology stack. This role will lead a major ERP implementation, own the configuration and maintenance of all finance systems, and drive change management across the organization. The ideal candidate combines deep accounting systems expertise with strong project management skills and a collaborative approach to business partnership. What You Will Do: ERP Implementation - Partner with Accounting and IT leadership to lead internal project management for the implementation of a new ERP system (NetSuite, Workday Financials, or similar), working in close partnership with a third-party implementation partner - Own the full migration from Sage Intacct to the new ERP platform - Design and implement integrations between the ERP and all other finance and accounting systems Finance Systems Architecture - Serve as the systems architect for all finance and accounting platforms, maintaining a holistic view of the technology ecosystem - Apply strong Master Data
