Our enterprise offering, AIStor, is engineered to handle the scale, speed, and pressure of modern AI and analytics, from terabytes to exabytes, all in a single namespace. We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Accounting Manager who can immediately contribute across core accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and is comfortable operating in partial manual processes while helping to improve them. This position will flex in scope and seniority depending on experience (Sr. Accountant to Manager level), but at its core requires strong execution, ownership, and problem-solving across GL, revenue, and consolidations. This person will also be the primary power user of our accounting systems, primarily Sage Intacct. What You Will Do: General Ledger & Close - Own and execute key components of the monthly close process - Prepare and review journal entries across all accounting areas including payroll, accruals, and fixed assets - Perform account reconciliations and flux analysis - Ensure accuracy and completeness of financials in Sage Intacct - Complete close reconciliations and activities in Floqast - Validate team member task completion in Floqast Revenue Accounting - Support revenue recognition in accordance with ASC606 - Prepare
