Who you are Metropolis is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Initiatives to serve as the Chief Commercial Officer's lead operator and executive sponsor for our most complex launches, transitions, client recoveries, and cross-functional initiatives. This is a hands-on, high-accountability senior parking operations role designed for an industry veteran who thrives in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments. The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading large-scale portfolio onboardings, technology deployments, and operational transformations in the parking and mobility space. As an experienced parking operator (ideally at the Regional Manager level or above) you can quickly assess a situation, diagnose the real issues, align the right cross-functional resources, and drive the initiative through to stabilization and success.
