As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you aren't just filling seats - you are building the engine that powers the Recognition Economy. You will drive the future of seamless experiences by identifying, engaging and hiring the top-tier technical talent needed to build what's next. You will collaborate closely with senior Engineering leaders to meet immediate hiring needs while anticipating future staffing requirements. We are looking for a builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of multiple searches and prides themselves on delivering a white-glove candidate experience. What you'll do - Identify and engage exceptional candidates for critical technical roles - Partner with hiring teams to own the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers - Build strong relationships with hiring teams to ensure alignment
