The future isn't coming; it's here, and we need builders, innovators and problem solvers to help us create it. Who you are Metropolis is seeking a Director of Workplace Experience to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary stakeholder overseeing Metropolis's corporate real estate portfolio, facilities, and related employee experience. You will be a member of the People team, working closely with other members of the Legal, and Finance teams to maximize efficiency and streamline operating costs. In this role, you will also help build a network of facilities services, provide and coordinate general office management support, project manage expansion efforts in various U.S. cities, consolidate vendors and related contracts, report on metrics, and contribute to the overall culture of the organization. What you'll do - Oversee all facility services for our network of Corporate and Regional offices - primarily Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Nashville, Seattle, and Orlando - Assist with integration efforts to combine existing offices
