Who you are Metropolis is seeking a Benefits Specialist to support day-to-day benefits and leave of absence. This includes employee support on health and welfare benefits enrollment and leave process. This role requires training across benefits and leave functions to ensure accurate administration, thorough documentation, and consistent system alignment. What you'll do - Assist with leave administration processes, which may include preparing/submitting standard leave documents - Comply with and evaluate eligibility for various leave types, including ADA, FMLA, State, and Company Leaves - Administer benefits processes, including timely processing of enrollments, changes, and terminations, and preparing/submitting required documents - Verify employee documentation for benefits and leaves - Manage benefits and leave inboxes, providing prompt and professional responses - Reconcile vendor reports and contribution files to ensure data accuracy - Maintain alignment and updates across all HRIS, vendor, and tracking systems for benefit and leave transactions -
