WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - Fine tune our shipping process and keep shipping errors and inventory discrepancies to near zero your work sets the gold standard - Keep fulfillment on track even as volume doubles you'll help shape and evolve our processes as we scale - Spot workflow bottlenecks and suggest fixes. Your ideas will directly influence how we work. We'll know it's working if - You hit or exceed throughput targets week over week - Inventory stays accurate with <1% variance - You help reduce rework and missed shipments with your eye for detail - Your teammates trust you to own your lane WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE You'll spend most of your time hands-on: picking, packing, and prepping hardware to ship worldwide.
