Our platform offers two core products: Merge Unified, which enables businesses to add hundreds of integrations to their products with a single API, and Merge Agent Handler, which empowers AI agents with secure access to thousands of third-party tools. Merge's enterprise-grade platform handles the entire integration lifecycle, from authentication and security to monitoring and maintenance. Please note: this is an in office roles, 5 days per week in our SF office. What will you be doing? - Own end to end recruiting for all SF based roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and executives. - Drive full lifecycle searches across both technical (Engineering, Product, Data, Design) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Ops) functions. - Proactively source top talent and build strong pipelines in competitive West Coast markets. - Run rigorous calibration and closing processes, including navigating complex compensation and equity conversations. - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while elevating Merge's brand in SF. - Use recruiting data and insights to improve hiring speed, quality, and overall process efficiency. - Partner cross-functionally to continuously improve our recruiting strategy and tooling What experience/skills are required? - 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience across both technical and GTM roles. - Startup
