Who are we looking for? Merge is an in-person first workplace, so our office operations and experience are key to fostering a fun, thriving, and inclusive environment. We're seeking an experienced Office Manager based in NYC to oversee day-to-day office operations, lead employee events and in-office culture initiatives, and support our people across both offices. This role will primarily be based out of our Flatiron District office and will also oversee operations for our San Francisco office, and our co-working space in Berlin, Germany. This position requires working from our NYC office five days a week (M-F), 9am - 6pm.
