What you'll do - Own the design of core user journeys across the product, from initial flows to polished UI - Collaborate with engineering and product to implement new features and refine existing ones - Bring clarity to complex user experiences as our product evolves and scales - Create and maintain a clean, modern visual language inspired by tools like Notion and powered by elements like Tailwind - Work closely with our Head of Design to articulate and evolve Mercor's design philosophy & culture - Help tutorialize the product experience - ensuring that users know what to do without needing
