About the Role You'll be a core member of Mercor's Recruiting Operations team, supporting hiring across multiple functions. This role is focused on high-quality coordination, ATS (Ashby) management, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience at scale. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to keep processes running efficiently-from scheduling interviews to maintaining clean pipeline data to supporting recruiting events and onsite logistics.
