The CLM Legal Assistant will support various contract types on the Global CLM team, working closely with other team members. Responsibilities include managing contract intake and requests, assisting with the approvals and execution process, and contributing to document management and agreement reporting efforts. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, able to quickly adopt workflow changes, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
