Assign duties and responsibilities to perform plug, air, manual mix, and clean sides to preserve the quality and food safety of the product. Inspect fermentation tanks in the frequency indicated in SOPs Perform monthly tank inventory Installs water lines, repairs faucets, water hoses Notify the Operations Manager of any repairs or adjustments that are required.
